If you are looking for peace and quiet in a bungalow in a super quiet complex and close to all surrounding services such as restaurants, cafes, golf course, swimming pool, bus and supermarket at 50 meters... Duplex 20 meters from the beach. On the ground floor: living room, bathroom, kitchen, utility room and terrace overlooking the garden. Upper floor: two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden and pool. It is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.

My apartment 'VIDA' is just 150 meters from Playa del Cura, 10 minutes from Playa de Tauro and 15 minutes from Playa de Amadores. The location, tranquility and ease of access is what characterizes 'VIDA'. Taxi stand, bus, supermarket, shops and restaurants with different themes are just 3 minutes from 'VIDA'. Why 'VIDA'? Because there is only one and we have to live it!

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
