It has a large sofa bed for two people or extra bed, and cot, high chair and baby bath. The property has animals such as donkeys and dogs. You also have access to the shared pool (shared with the owners and other guests) that is situated about 150 meters from the house. The pool has a shower and sunbeds. The lush vegetation that surrounds provide you fresh and shade if you wish. It has a children's play area. The rural house is an ideal place to escape with family, with friends or family. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
