A fantastic, lovely and large apartment of 75 sqm. with 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large, beautiful east-facing terrace with mountain views. The apartment is part of the private and quiet Demelza Beach complex in Playa del Cura with 3 swimming pools, located just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Rico. Nearby within walking distance are 3 beaches, Playa del Cura, Tauro and Amadores, Anfi Tauro Golf Course as well as a center with a large supermarket, several good restaurants and bars.

Cavehouse El balcón del Cortijo

The cave house is carved in volcanic stone, providing an average temperature of 20º year-round. It is ideal to disconnect and recharge with good energy. Practice sports such as hiking, cycling, etc. in Teror and neighboring municipalities without giving up beach days from the north to the south of the island. The house is just a 5-minute drive from Teror and 10 minutes from the GC-3 highway that connects with the North/Center and South of the island, as well as with Tamaraceite that has all the amenities.

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
