La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Consta de 2 baños completos, una cocina, un salón-comedor y un patio cerrado. Se encuentra situado en frente del muelle deportivo. Cerca de todo: restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, hospitales, parques, playas… En estos momentos la piscina se encuentra en mantenimiento y estará cerrada.

The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

The Tini House, as its name suggests, is a small and cozy old single-family house, built in the last century and fully renovated, which has all the current amenities. Beautiful and spacious apartment with terrace in a 1939 rational architecture house located in the historic center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Completely renovated in 2019 and very bright. The apartment is located in the Perojo area, declared a special protection area for its unique architecture. A few minutes walk to Calle Triana and San Telmo Park where the bus station is located that connects with Las Canteras Beach, the airport and the entire island.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
