Monthly Rentals in Playa de Rompeculos

My stay was very good. The apartment was very nice and clean. Juan is a very friendly person and always willing to help. It felt like home from the start. When I arrived, they even greeted me with chocolates! What I liked the most was of course the magnificent view of the port. The area was quite quiet and a bit disconnected from the town, which is a plus if you need to get away from it all and relax. The only negative point is the walls, which are not very well soundproofed. Occasionally the neighbors could be heard as if they were in the next room, but it wasn't all the time, and I understand it's a difficult problem to solve. Also, to be honest, when you wake up to the sound of waves and a view like this, you quickly forget about the neighbors :) Overall, I thought all the ingredients were there to have a good time. I highly recommend this apartment for your next vacation! Thanks again for everything Juan :)

The house was perfect for family of four. Looks like renovation on walls and ceilings has been recently done so all looks new and clean. Tiled floors everywhere makes cleaning easy. 2 separate toilets specially appreciated. Good beds and good pillows. Full kitchen and coffee machine especially nice when you don't want to spend eating out every meal on a day. Several large supermarkets near (10 min walk or 2 min by car) so you can get fresh seafood and grill it in the garden (coal for the grill also sold there). Petrol station in the same area with lower prices than on motorway. There you can also get good coffee for as low as 1,45€. Although garbage sorting was not required, we sorted packages separately to save room and also because in the end of the street there is 2 containers where you can displace packages and rest of the rubbish separately. Anyway, we would use the house again.

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.
