Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Superb house, very well-equipped, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the beaches. Jon was also responsive when we needed to ask him.

Fantastic stay at Casa de Juan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Casa de Juan, hosted by Domenika, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Domenika is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and always available for any questions or local tips. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Agnieszka, who handed us the keys and explained everything. She was very kind and made sure we felt at home right away. The house itself is beautiful: clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to visit. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the stunning outdoor space. In short, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!

We stayed for almost 2 months . This is a magical place, the peace and and tranquility are unsurpassed. The natural beauty is breathtaking! The house is perfect for a couple and 1 or 2 Children. The kitchen was very well equipped. You must get drinking water from the tap in the village centre, which is free and from the mountains. We ve used the pellet stove in the evenings, pellets are available in the stove store in turre, much cheaper than in supermarket. it's about a 15 min Drive down the mountain to Turre with bars and restaurants and a vibrant market and another 10 min to the sea. Wonderful hiking in the mountains all around. Additional gas bottle for hot water was provided and more than sufficient.Stylish decor . If you are looking for a stay in natural surroundings , palms, cacti , agave, oleanders, so much more you couldn't get better. A top class restaurant "Fatima" is just. 2 mins away. Eric and Rabea were always available and helpful!! Thank you so much for everything!

The location of the house was really good. There was the sea, walking areas and great restaurants across the street. There was everything you could need in the house. The landlord was friendly and caring. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Just like home! We were very comfortable with our dog, the truth is that it has everything and to spend a few days it's great. We were able to enjoy the pool because the weather was very good. There's a dog pool nearby too :)

We had a great time. the apartment is very nice and clean. the residence is quiet as well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool as well. If you like the calm. This is the best place, but if you want more activities and movements, you will need to take the car to get to the surrounding places.

She's a good host, The house has everything you need for your day-to-day home. The perfect location for a quiet vacation. I liked it, and a very flexible schedule. thank you very much Maria.
