It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities, fifty meters from the beach. It's not necessary to rent a car as you can easily access everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer. From July 7 until the end of September 2025, there will be work to replace the elevator. (The apartment is on the first floor). I apologize for any inconvenience.
