Arenamar Puerto de Mazarrón

One-bedroom apartment with a balcony in a residential development with a community pool. Located close to the port, 5 minutes walk to the medical center, plaza de abastos, bus stop and taxi stop and close to the weekly flea market. The house has beach equipment such as beach chairs, an umbrella, and a refrigerator. My accommodation is good for couples, and families. IMPORTANT: There is flexible schedule whenever possible We have a bed rail and travel crib Easy parking in front of the apartment

Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.
