Vacation rentals in Playa de Fatares

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Superb house, very well-equipped, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the beaches. Jon was also responsive when we needed to ask him.

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

The house is impressive! Spacious, and just because of the terrace and its views, it's worth the trip! And there has been air conditioning inside for a long time. Everything was new and clean. The only downside is that the parking space is a little small to park well

Everything was perfect!

The location of the house was really good. There was the sea, walking areas and great restaurants across the street. There was everything you could need in the house. The landlord was friendly and caring. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Ideal location for what we were looking for, able to explore local areas and have a comfortable base to go back too. Extensive items in the kitchen, comfortable beds, clean smelling bedding and several clean towels. TV easy to use along with Netflix. Great shower downstairs so didn’t use the one up stairs! Great sets of chairs in the back and front of the house along with cushions. We used the pool despite in being early April, it was freezing but expected and needed the leaves taken out but again to be expected for the time of year and it wasn’t an issue. Great place, home from home!

We had a great time. the apartment is very nice and clean. the residence is quiet as well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool as well. If you like the calm. This is the best place, but if you want more activities and movements, you will need to take the car to get to the surrounding places.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was pristine, both in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. We didn't miss anything at all. Access very well explained by Silvia. Wonderful treatment and attentive to everything at all times. Totally recommended.
