BEAUTIFUL LOFT WITH JACUZZI AND PRIVATE SAUNA 2 people (+ 18 years), 10 min drive to Reñaca beach and 20 min to Viña del Mar. Located on a private plot, with an access gate and security cameras. Equipped kitchen, just bring your food. It includes sheets and towels. Ideally, you should have a car, although you can get there with Uber or Cabify. We are ecofriendly. No pets allowed. Homegym and space for yoga and meditation available. There are lounge chairs, hammocks, and games.

Located in Recreo, a quiet place with a privileged view, 10 minutes from downtown Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. Close to beaches and all the attractions that the city has. It has parking of 4.30x2.50x height 1.79 cm and another in the neighboring house, subject to availability

The place consists of 2 paired houses that share only the parking and main entrance at the gate. Everything else is private, and it also has a private inner courtyard. Parking is only for 1 vehicle inside the property. If you have an extra vehicle, you will have to park outside the property on the main street or coordinate with the host if there is space.
