Irene's cabin has a great location, minutes from Playa La Boca and Playa Amarilla. The condominium has spaces with vegetation and privileged views, it is safe and quiet. Ideal for appreciating not only the sound of the waves but also seeing them from the terrace of the cabin. It has all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. In addition, the mattresses and bedding add extra comfort to your stay.

We had a great weekend, beautiful place, very comfortable apartment, a fascinating ocean view, well-maintained common areas and beautiful gardens, great kindness at the concierge, Playa Los Lilenes is suitable for swimming, ideal for having a heated pool, which is why we will return later

The view is amazing, it's literally right on the seafront, a good location to walk wherever you want. Everything is super close. The apartment is super spacious and the bathrooms have well-equipped showers. Excellent accommodation!

About it met my expectations. The photos don't really describe the house's full charm. My whole family spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotes to be remembered for a long time. As a point of improvement. The living room, due to its spaciousness, looks a bit empty with the couple of pieces of furniture. It is functional, but the space can be better filled.

This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

We agreed to meet over the weekend to surf, and the cabin is absolutely perfectly located. It has everything and a beautiful view. Dani was also very nice and coordinating with her was super easy, we'll be back!

Very comfortable and very well furnished apartment, everything of good quality, bathrooms included, good water pressure. You don't need to bring anything but clothes. Well located, beautiful ocean view. Huge, well-furnished terrace. Two parking lots. Friendly concierge staff. Leaving the building, you are next to the beach and boardwalk. Better than expected. THE APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL, JUST LIKE THE PHOTOS, SEEING THE SUNSET WAS WONDERFUL, LISTENING TO AND SEEING THE SEA FROM THE WHOLE APARTMENT I FELL IN LOVE. A PLEASURE TO STAY. VERY QUIET AND SAFE AREA, I SAW PEOPLE RUNNING ALONG THE WATERFRONT AFTER 9 PM. GERARDO IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS KIND. I HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR.

Excellent place, very comfortable apartment, just enough space for 4 people, we also went with a baby and everything was great. Very safe access, very good building facilities. Clear instructions and the owner responds promptly to any inquiries. Very happy with our stay.

Although we are familiar with Concon and Vina del Mar, the security at the building and front desk personnel was very reassuring. It makes your satay and walks very pleasant, specially overlooking those beautiful ocean waves and colourful beach.
