The apartment was great and clean. The only downside is that the balcony overlooks a hotel so there are a lot of people opposite. Host was very kind and responsive!

Giovanni is an exceptional host: competent, friendly and available. The common spaces are wonderful, the pool is lovely, and the room has everything you need, with a fantastic terrace. The breakfast is also delicious, with a very wide choice and a very high quality of food. Finally, the area is one of the most beautiful and quiet on the island. Highly recommended!

I certainly enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. Marcela was very hospitable and gave a great intro to the space. She was always very communicative and kind. Everything was clean and there were basic amenities (washer/dryer, dishes, soaps). The apartment is walkable (if you can handle stairs and hills) to a few places (like restaurants and shops) and a 7 min taxi to Plaja d'en Bossa if you walk a few steps from the apartment. I'd certainly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. The beach is 2 minutes away, as are the clubs, which are also within walking distance. Suitable for guests who want to discover the nightlife in Ibiza. We were very pleased.

Great view and close enough to all the action to get around easy with Ubers or taxis to and from the nightlife. We did have a car which was nice because it’s not a real walkable location. But everything was great. Very clean and again the view doesn’t get old. Sven was very proactive in providing info for check in and met us at the door to give keys and instructions. Two big comfy beds. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. One bedroom has a view and the other doesn’t so be aware of that but no complaints we had a great time and can recommend Sven’s place with two thumbs up.

The communion with Alessio was good and thanking assistant Katia for all the recommendations she made us throughout our stay is a charm.

A super nice place to stay in a well-kept environment. The shared pool is right next door and very well maintained! The whole house is very well maintained and especially the outdoor facilities as well as the top roof terrace are a dream! We will be back for sure!

Just got back from 3 nights here at this villa and we had the best time. We used the taxi service they recommended and everything was explained once we arrived to the villa. It was peaceful, private and clean. pretty much 10mins away from anywhere we needed to go. San rafael is a local village down the road with a few restaurants and a shop we used to stock up on some essentials. Cesar and his family are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend. We really did have the best tome away. Thank you 😊

Lovely old building that's been lovingly updated and restored. So peaceful and well appointed with nice furnishings and ornaments. Really well placed for Sant Gertrudes which is my favourite spot on the island.

Close to a supermarket. Quiet area. Very nice and spacious cottage, we found it more spacious than in the photos. If you have space, bring a beach towel, for example. At the cottage, 1 small and 1 large towel, if you stay longer, that's not much. There is a washing machine. Otherwise great, enjoyed!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and very clean,. The outdoor area is spacious and really pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend.

This was probably the most fun I’ve ever had staying in an AirBnB. Came for 5 nights with 8 ladies for my bachelorette party and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa slept us all comfortably, made cooking easy (indoor or outdoor) and the pool area is divine. The towels and linens all lovely. Perfect place to spend your days and get ready to party at night. We all said we’d happily go back and stay there again. Be sure to bring your own shower gel and amenities. It’s true some cabs don’t want to go all the way up but if you ask nicely most will x

Virginie’s apartment is beautifully clean, well maintained and in a very nice location. I think it would be perfect for a family with young children because of the pool and playground .

We’ve been coming back to this incredible home for several years now, and every time it’s just as wonderful as the first. The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described – cozy, stylish, and with the most breathtaking view on the island. It truly feels like a home away from home. Excellent place, it had everything as the photos with the necessary to spend a few days there, the pool we loved it and it is very close to beautiful beaches, I definitely recommend it and I would return, the communication was very fast and the host was very attentive to our booking process

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva and Ollie's place for two weeks, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Eva who made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The beautiful views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are two beaches and a few restaurants within walking distance and many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the hospitality of the managers. Their warmth and willingness to help with recommendations and local tips made all the difference, turning our stay into something special. We will be back next year! :)
