Fantastic apartment completely renovated in Menorcan style. 700 meters from the beach. Bright, cozy and quiet. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a large bathroom. Terrace with outdoor table and chill-out area, overlooking the Medas Islands. Very well connected, right in front of the Tennis Club and very close to the Supermarket and restaurants in the area. Located about 900 meters from the Pals Golf Club. Great for vacations as a couple or with family.

It is located 5 km from the fabulous medieval village of Pals and in an ideal area for the practice of all kinds of water sports, scuba diving, hiking, biking, cycling, golfing, tennis, paddle tennis or enjoying the many gastronomic offers in the area, 10 km from the Medes Islands Natural Park.

A tranquil cove is framed by lush greenery and rocky outcrops. Gentle waves lap at the sandy shoreline, where visitors can be seen enjoying the water. Sunlight filters through the branches of nearby trees, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the coastal scenery.

Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 15m2 patio.

Arrival was very well arranged, we had been delayed due to car bad luck. They were very supportive and when we arrived there were nice cold drinks ready for us. Very warm welcome. The apartment was everything we expected. Comfortable, clean and in a super nice location. We had a wonderful week. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. So the nights were a bit hot at times. Otherwise definitely recommended!

The place was amazing, the location was a little walk to the beach, much more private feeling than staying at a resort or hotel! The place was clean, Alan was very nice and easy to contact. Make sure you bring your own beach towels (we forgot and the local beach shops are overpriced). The terrace is great for photos and if you have a car it’s great to drive to all the different beaches in the area. Had a great vacation and made great memories here.

Xavier was a very welcoming and helpful host before and during our trip. He advised us on where to go and what our young family would like. He sorted out a small problem without fuss and really quickly. The flat is well maintained and the grounds of the blocks are very lovely. There isn’t a view of the sea from the apartment but you are right on the front and Xavier’s garage full of beach toys and boards was very much enjoyed by our boys! The pool is big and was deserted when we went in May so could have lots of fun!

Lidia’s place was ideal for a peaceful and tranquil break. In a quiet area with many lovely pine trees and within walking distance to supermarket and beach. The apartment was spacious, bright and clean. Everything was in order. The terrace was a lovely addition to the apartment. Lidia was very friendly and very responsive and helpful. I was really very happy there.
