Vacation rentals with beach access in Platja de Llevant

The apartment is located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us very much was the prepared beach towels for each guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

Staying with Cristina was great! We shared the apartment with a couple of friends. The location is great - the beach is a 2-minute walk away and the tram is right outside the front door. The apartment is very well maintained and comfortably furnished and very well equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped with many utensils, so you can cook yourself without any problems. You can't see it so well in the pictures, but from the kitchen you can also get to a balcony where you can hang laundry. The four of us had plenty of space. Communication with Cristina was great, she was always available for questions and responded quickly. We arrived very late in the evening on the day of arrival. That was no problem either, Cristina's husband met us in front of the apartment and showed us everything. We definitely recommend the apartment and would book it again when we are back in Valencia. We will be happy to come back :)

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect apartment in Valencia! 10min on foot to the beach. It's a quiet neighbourhood and the apartment is really lovely. It has everything you need and it's very clean. The restaurant next door was very yummy and there were a few other great options nearby too! The attention to detail of all the amenities was much appreciated! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

The experience at the accommodation was perfect. The place was spotless, just as shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The host was very friendly, and welcomed us with local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a great unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only warmly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without hesitation. Thank you so much, everything was great.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.
