This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Lovely duplex in Begur, next to the sea and a 10-minute walk from L'Illa Roja (beach). Girona Airport is 50 minutes away. The house has air conditioning and a 120" cinema screen. The house is a minute walk from Sa Tuna beach, one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Brava. Sa Tuna has stunning scenery with pristine waters surrounded by pine trees and still retains the feeling of a fishing village. Our house has a privileged location in an elevated position with a magnificient terrace overlooking the cove. The traditional Catalan house is full of character with high ceilings, airy and loads of light. It is an oasis of tranquility and perfect for unwinding.

The spacious 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom, villa located in Begur has capacity for 8 people.<br>Very tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen gives access to the sunny terrace with a large swimming pool. Once on the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. You can choose to relax by the pool with a cool drink or descend to the beach for a dip in the sea.
