Monthly Rentals in Platies

Very nice, bright, spacious apartment. Good location: Just 10 minutes. Walking distance to Katelios beach with many good restaurants. The beach there, mediocre. Very good, mile-long beaches with sand are in Skala, about 7 km away. A bakery with cafe right under the apartment - opportunity for a great breakfast. 2 restaurants very close: the quaint Jerry's right next door and 200 m above the Persa's (Reserve!). Nick was a very likeable host - always available. His apartment is at night, until midnight, sometimes a bit noisy because of the road to the sea and to Skala. But with closed windows and doors and lowered blinds it is quiet again. With the air conditioning then no problem. The apartment can be recommended.

Highly recommend this place! A place like this it's worth every pound paid extra! It had everything from what you need especially when travelling with a kid. Ex: cooler box, beach towels, sunbeds, cutlery and all the appliances need it, etc on both floors each floor being equipped with it's own kitchen and toilet plus a garage/storage full with everything. Location superb, views wise amazing and attractions within short reach! Another big plus, PRIVACY! Two levels available as well.

Honestly, I have never felt so at home in a different country. The space is incredible and both Christos and his father were very welcoming. His father has a little gardening plot next door and gave us fresh zucchini’s and cucumbers one evening whilst we were barbecuing. I honestly did not want to leave but it was the only two days that were available. I will make sure I book further in advance next time so that we can stay for longer! Additional bonus was that there is now a sea kayak that I got to take my boyfriend out on this morning which made my week watching him navigate through the clear waters whilst I snorkelled around. An absolute gem of a place and cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much for having us 🩷

Gerasimos was an amazing host. He made sure we had all the information and things we needed. He was there to great us at the house and give us a tour. The villa was absolutely stunning and the view was arguably even more beautiful. Everything was modern, clean and each room was special in different ways. Couldn’t recommend this place more and I’m definitely going to try to return in the future!!!
