A Slice of Paradise – Five Stars All Around! We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa! The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special. If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

Villa Maya is a true retreat, a beautiful place to relax or return to the area after excursions. The barbecue area in the garden, the spacious pool and the wind-protected table tennis table don't let you get bored. A private bathroom for each bedroom ensures plenty of privacy. The cleaning included in the price during the stay is also very pleasant. The landlords were always available and active, but unobtrusively asked if we needed anything. We felt very comfortable.

Breathtaking view! The house is brand new, it corresponds exactly to the pictures shown. The pool is very large & during the day there is a perfect mix of sunny and shady spots. There are many small taverns nearby, you never had to drive far. Very clear recommendation for this villa, it is perfect & we would love to come back anytime!

We spent 10 nights at Joanna villa as a family of four, including two teenagers and had a great time. The villa was perfect for us, both indoors and out. We spent a lot of time around the pool and cooked on the bbq frequently which met all our needs. The hosts Alexandra and Leftaris are wonderful and it’s very apparent that they love what they do and are very good at it. They were readily available for anything we needed including local recommendations whilst being invisible, affording us privacy. They are generous, friendly and kind making us feel at home straight away. Leftaris is a skipper and provided us with lots of expert and local knowledge when we hired a boat for the afternoon. The nearest beach is within walking distance where we ate out on a couple of evenings with beautiful sunsets. We would highly recommend both the villa and the hosts.

Our stay at Nikos’s villa is one will never forget. What an amazing place. When we return to Crete we will be sure to stay here again. Both Nikos and Valia were great at communicating with us before, during and after our trip. Highly recommend staying here.

spacious, quiet and cool comfortable house to rest equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. the area is not very touristy and equipped but for us it was a value close by car to some of the most beautiful beaches of all clay i recommend it to those who want to get around to see more things during the vacation

The perfect villas for a big group, we loved both and had the most relaxing time around them. Location is close to all the local beaches and only a 10 minute taxi to Chania. Evi the host was excellent throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

Villa Penelope is a beautiful place where you can spend a great time in a large group. Especially the outdoor area with a large pool is outstanding, the view over the sea is unique. Giorgos was always available within a very short time. We were even able to get to the villa earlier upon request. You need a car for activities or grocery-shopping. Thanks for everything, we would definitely come back!

This was our second visit to Daphnis Villas as we enjoyed 2 years ago. Maria is an extra sweet and very accommodating host. She took care of us anytime that we needed anything. She responded very quickly and made it feel like home to us. I would not recommend staying anywhere else.

Had a great time at Villa Faidra. As a group of 12, there was plenty of room for us all to sit/dine together and relax by the pool. Antonis and the team were polite, and happy to provide recommendations for nearby amenities and services. A great place to stay if you're looking to stay somewhere private with activities to do within a 30 minute drive.

The name says it all. It was, in fact, a gem. A total gem. Gorgeous house, gorgeous pool, rooms were all great, great views, I can go on and on. Rafael was the man. The bomb. The guru. Let him recommend what to do and where to go and do what he says. His food recommendations, destination recommendations, l insights, helpfulness - all were spot on. We had a couple small pre-season kinks that needed to be ironed out but they did them instantaneously. One phone call and voila. Theo was so helpful in the lead-up as well. He helped organize things and even helped order legs of lamb for us to cook on Easter. He was great. So the place is 15 minutes from old town Rethymno and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I am writing this from old town where I am spending the next 2 days and I already miss being at that house. It was perfectly situated. Close enough to the hustle, but far enough away to decompress. It’s absolutely perfect. Thank you all for such a magnificent wedding week!

We had a great week at Maria’s villa - the house was spacious and well equipped, we loved the pool and views from the terrace. Great location with cafes, restaurants and Archeology museum within walking distance and bus to city centre right outside, but also only 15 mins drive to airport. Thank you!

Lovely time at the villa over Easter week. Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. She was so responsive and helpful. She even helped us order dinner to be delivered one night at the last minute! Highly recommend this villa!

We could not have had a more beautiful place to stay with beaches, restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lounge chairs & umbrellas. Early morning and evening was the perfect time to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the sea and boats coming in and out. We hated to leave the villa. We’d happily stay there again.

Wonderful villa in great location for family Holliday. Facilities were great and as described. The garden is beautiful and adds to the feeling of the outside space. Good shade and sun spots in the garden at all times of day. We had a lovely time exploring the local area as well as going further afield to explore Create to the full. Lots of lovely walks possible from the villa and the local beaches perfect for low key family beach safe for kids. The bedrooms were all lovely especially the master beadroom with beautiful balcony. Host was fantastic at communication and helped us with any questions we had responding promptly and efficiently to any difficulties. Would highly recommend.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

Villa Arietta is a dream house. Located in the beautiful hills just outside Kissamos, 10 mins by car from the sea. The house is marvelous and has all the comforts you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. We were two couples with one toddler and a baby and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Also, thoughtful little touches like a welcome hamper with local products, and numerous amazing toys for the kids to use in the garden. Arietta and her husband have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout, and communication has always been quick and proactive. We loved our stay and we really hope to come back again. Definitely recommended, one of the best places we’ve been to!

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

We stayed as a family of four for a week. The villa consisted a main floor with a modern, clean and well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting/dining room with lovely views over souda bay and towards chania. A large jacuzzi bath was also off the sitting area. The rest of this floor was three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower/ tub combo and the other a wetroom style. A further bedroom/ shower room was on the floor below via an outside staircase as well as a well equiped gym. The outside area was expansive and enough for our boys to run around. The villa also had a number of indoor and outdoor games for the boys to enjoy. But a lot of our time was spent in the heated pool! Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The villa was very clean, comfortable with stunning hilltop views. The location was close to the airport, local resturants and shops and we had food delivered to us a number of times. A special point was the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts, thank you!

Alex was an amazing host right from booking. He’s super friendly & reply’s quickly to any questions. We had the warmest welcome on check in & the property is beautiful, with gorgeous & peaceful surroundings. You have all the utensils & cutlery you need for cooking, Alex was always on hand if we needed any help with anything. I will 100% be going back & it’s not something I often do so that says a lot about Alex & his property. Highly highly recommend this place.

Great stay at quiet villa I a quiet village (just us, the goats, chickens and cockrels and occasional horse) with fantastic views of the mountains. Good supply of kitchen equipment. We were very grateful for the wine, cake, fruit water and cheese on arrival. Although we did not organise any extracurricular activities with them, the managing company was proactive and responsive, polite and helpful. A car is a must to get around the island easily at your own pace and timetable. We visited beaches, caves, monestries and botanical gardens and ate at lovely restaurants as well as cooking at the Villa. If you like outdoor cooking and are a larger group (we were just two) there is a spacious outdoor kitchen including grill, and pizza/bread oven and sink all under a shading Olive tree at the back if the vila.
