Great place in nature. There is everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The location is great and in absolute calm. I highly recommend it!!!

We loved our stay. The apartment looks just like the pictures, is very clean and well kept, equipped with everything you might need. It's conveniently placed near the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking spot right outside the door is a big plus. Nikos is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, always there for everything you need. You must try the restaurants on his recommendation list, you will not regret!

Savoula's apartment is in the center, and thanks to the host's precise directions it was easy to find. The kitchen is well-equipped, with oil, salt and sugar available (always welcome). The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is functional. The big plus is the terrace with the sofa and table, and the laundry room available. I really enjoyed it and recommend this apartment without a doubt.

What a wonderful stay! Fantastic location right next to the Chania Venetian Harbour, steps away from everything the city has to offer. The place was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We loved staying in this calm and peaceful location. The villa is a comfortable size to host 8 people, with all the mod cons you require. The hammock in the garden was well used! Stunning views and having the sea just a few steps away was amazing. It was also only a short walk away from some fabulous restaurants. We would love to come back.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. The complex is structured around a pool that is not large but still ideal for the number of guests. The outdoor area is well equipped with the availability of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a small gym but not too equipped. Very well cared for and clean, the interiors of the accommodations are essential but equipped with all comforts. Our apartment for 4 was perhaps a little small, the two beds in the living room are not completely comfortable and ideal only for children; keeping them open they lost indoor space in the living room even if there was still a table on the terrace to eat. Daily cleaning service and change of sheets every three days.. impeccable! The nearby beach has a tavern and a bar with sun loungers, we have always preferred to go around the west area of Crete and not stop there.. it is the ideal location to visit by car Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna and all the west beaches. 5 minutes by car from Kissamos and 20 from Chania.

We had a wonderful time in this very nice beachfront home. The house is very comfortable, and very judiciously thought out with its three terraces facing three different directions, one for the morning sun, one for the afternoon, and one that is protected. You can see the sea from everywhere, it's great! The environment is extremely quiet, we slept peacefully, what happiness! We just have a small road (not busy) to cross and we're at the beach. What a luxury! We will definitely be back!!

Great atmosphere and great service.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

Loved our stay on the beach, far away from the crowds, but still close enough. Maria offered many suggestions and helped us throughout our stay.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Thanks Peter and his whole team for a great stay. The villa was in a great location, close to a couple good restaurants and markets; it was private, with only one other villa in the area with guests; and very comfortable. Both my wife & I and the other couple we were with felt we had privacy while on property since we split accommodations upstairs and down. Overall it was a great villa and wonderful vacation!! My wife and I and four teens (ages 18-19) spent a delightful 10 days in Maleme, Crete during June. The apartment was well-equipped, and we appreciated the refreshing pool and air conditioning at night. Both the owner, Lesley, and our local host, Hannah, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. While the beach was pebbly, there were areas to swim. There are some great local restaurants in close walking distance. Maleme itself is quiet but convenient, with a nearby Synka supermarket. We explored Chania and other towns by bus, and a two-day car rental allowed us to discover more of the island. A boat trip to Balos beach and an island added to our memorable holiday experience.

This is a great villa location to explore eastern crete/chania area. it is close enough to access beach and inland activities but removed enough to avoid the crowds. There is a charming beach a short 5 min walk away, along with a store for groceries and miscellenous needs (beach toys etc) right at the bottom of the hill. The villa is well appointed and very comfortable for large groups. The host is responsive and very helpful.

What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. He replied very soon. We asked and got recommendations of nice restaurants. The house was very nice and easy to find anything we were looking for. It is perfect with and without children as well. :-) The sea was probably not like the fancy ones but it was always warmer than the others. :-D

This is a beautiful villa and the views do not disappoint. Philippe and Michele were responsive and helpful through our stay; from organising our checkin prior and a car to pick us up to even letting us stay a little longer in the day as our flight was late at night. They were phenomenal! Amenities were great and you have everything you could need available in the villa. Plenty of toiletries and cleaning products too. The decor throughout the villa was beautiful too. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere in Agia Marina!

Giannis and Maria's place is the perfect holiday place if you're looking for peace of mind, quiet and privacy, an amazing beach and tavern in walking distance, and the beautiful city of Chania just 20 minutes away, with all you can ask for! We highly recommend this warm and spacious home with beautiful views, and will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.
