Franck was so welcoming and gave full instructions for everything we needed. He would always reply within minutes with any queries. The accommodation was beautiful and had the bonus of a swimming pool. Lovely quiet area. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at Gwénaël's place. The welcome was very friendly with small Breton sweets. The house is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It feels like home! The neighborhood is quiet and the garden must really be nice in the summer. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay! The house is well arranged and tastefully decorated, practical and with spacious rooms. We were able to enjoy the sun in the garden, the environment is quiet. We recommend it!

I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. We had a great time at Alexandra's place. The house is functional and well equipped. It is ideally located (food shops within walking distance and main points of interest in the area nearby). And, above all, Alexandra was a lovely, accommodating and very responsive host. She even came to bring me her own mixer so I could make a recipe. 😉 We'll be happy to go back!

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

3rd year that we spend our Easter holidays with friends in Yannick and Carole's house. This house is ideal for adults and kids. Close to the beach, hiking trails, etc. Everything comes together for a great stay! Don't hesitate to rent it...
