We had a great time at Alexandra's place. The house is functional and well equipped. It is ideally located (food shops within walking distance and main points of interest in the area nearby). And, above all, Alexandra was a lovely, accommodating and very responsive host. She even came to bring me her own mixer so I could make a recipe. 😉 We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice accommodation, suitable for our stay. Carole was always able to respond quickly and provide any missing items. We enjoyed the quiet location and close to the sea where we had a lovely time with the family.

This is one of our best Airbnb stays . The host is so considerate. We were gifted home-made items on arrival like biscuits and preserves. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Everything had been thought of and organised. Although you were close to a road it was quiet and we didn’t get any noise issues from traffic. The bakers in the village was fantastic and also has general grocery items which was really useful. It was easy to get to excellent restaurants by car in all directions within 15 or 20 minutes. The beds were comfortable. There was English television available. We had a member of our party who had mobility issues and they were able to have a ground floor ensuite bedroom and only had to navigate about three steps to get into the property from where we could park the car just outside. The host was extremely responsive to questions before and during our stay. They were helpful and considerate..

A nice contemporary house located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of St Brieuc. Well-equipped. Parking space in the yard and possible to park on the street. Quality bedding. Small pretty garden. and great hospitality by Marie claire.

What caught our attention most was the extreme quality of all the facilities, and the taste with which all the amenities, inside and outside were made; the staircase is beautiful , away from the mediocre standards often encountered in rentals; We really appreciated the floor of the upstairs bathroom, teak boat deck style, the quality of the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the general layout of the rooms. The whole place is perfect, thank you to our host.

Very welcoming, clean and spacious house with a beautiful layout of the living rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms, not to mention plenty of storage space in a very nice environment with plenty of useful amenities to enhance the stay Friendly and pleasant host. The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Ideal for our stay in the area, it is a very warm accommodation located in a very quiet environment. Our host was welcoming and considerate, he met all of our expectations.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Enough to bring the vehicle in so no stress to park. Very well equipped, nothing missing! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

Beautiful detached house. Lots of privacy. Lovely fenced garden. From your house you can walk up the GR34 towards the beach (5min walk). Charline is a sweet host, gives you a warm welcome and tips for the surroundings. The surroundings are magnificent. We made beautiful memories as a family. We would love to come back again. We had a lovely stay at William's. The house is very inviting and clean. We were able to enjoy the garden which is very well maintained and soothing. Our dog was able to walk there safely because everything is well closed. Beautiful hikes nearby because next to the GR.

An excellent stay! At Robert's, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel good; full kitchen, impeccable bedding, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, total calm and a welcome kindness from the owner. Just an 8-minute drive from Lamballe, supermarkets and everything you need to enhance your trip (restaurants, train station, shops etc.). Highly recommended of course for a stopover in the area, a couple's vacation or a business trip (which was my case for this period).
