Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a great vacation at Maylis and Benoît's house. The house is charming, very well equipped (washing machine and dryer, everything for cooking, everything you need for the little ones) and quiet. We were very comfortable with our 4 children. Our little ones enjoyed playing in the children's room where there are many toys. Maylis gave us very helpful tips on visits and restaurants before our arrival. The house is in a very good location close to the pretty port of Dahouët. There are nice restaurants in Pléneuf and nice shops and a very nice market. The location is a great starting point for great getaways that can easily be done in a day. Great vacation!

Very nice quiet house, fully renovated, very practical and spacious for large family or group of friends. Everything you need for children, we had a great weekend. The house offers beautiful amenities and is equipped with every detail. Thank you 👍

Alain is extremely considerate about his home. It seemed oppressive to us at the first readings of the long welcome texts and multiple messages. But as we stayed, we found that it was a deep attachment on his part to his unusual cabin. We easily found the accommodation and Gaelle welcomed us with kindness and great flexibility. Access is via a small private path at the end of a short communal path, in a green setting. The places invite calm and contemplation. The accommodation itself is rustic, lovingly maintained and has all the comforts of a regularly inhabited place. The bathroom is outside. The old part (living room with kitchen, living room, toilet and small bedroom) is quite dark unlike the new large bedroom which is very bright (the curtains are not blackout). We had a pleasant stay at the foot of the beach. Thank you

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we feel good at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy her good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. A property to remember and share.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful apartment nicely decorated and clutter free. Saint Malo is worth the visit, even when the tourists abound.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

Great stay at Yann's. Great location, close to the port, beaches, restaurants. The Thursday morning market is very good. Very nice accommodation, as described.

The apartment is very clean and the decoration is done with taste. Ideal for visiting Saint-Malo because the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the ramparts. We recommend it

Accommodation matches the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet area. The bakery is a stone's throw away from the property, the supermarket 10 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away on foot! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I would highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

We stayed as 6 (2 couples and 2 individuals) with our dogs for 3 days in Nicolas' house to spend a birthday weekend with the family. Impeccable stay from A to Z. A few steps from the beach, the house is beautiful, with a beautiful garden (well fenced, perfect for children and dogs) and a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped as if you were going home - super comfortable bedding, kitchen equipped with everything you need to have fun in the kitchen. The big plus: some rooms have a sink, as in the past. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, it meant there was never a queue to wash or go to the toilet. Nicolas and the on-site concierge service are friendly, very friendly and gave us some nice tips for restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace and its barbecue. Maybe next time☺️... Thank you Nicolas.

A peaceful stay surrounded by nature cut off from everything. The house is very close to big cities to rest and visit. Lots of quality amenities for a dream stay, thank you so much to Dominique and Sylvain for this beautiful week!!

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated. The equipment is very complete and modern, nothing is missing. The cleaning is impeccable. The accommodation is very bright, the kitchen is great with its island and its glass roof. The exterior is a real plus with its jacuzzi. The area is very quiet, no disturbance. We'll be happy to go back

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely family stay at Olivier's house. Great spaces and a great outdoor area ideally equipped for children! All the local shops at the foot no need to take the car which is a very important asset! Address to keep in mind! Great for a family!
