Elizabeth and her lovely home are amazing! We felt welcomed from the moment we set foot into her sweet-smelling pad! Our room was nicer than the actual picture , LOL .. Everything was so seamless and easy. Elizabeth is very friendly but gives you all the space you need. This is the perfect stay for a family and is close to practically everything. We would definitely recommend Elizabeth’s place ! Access to the garage is a huge plus too !!

The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Just got the house for an evening for overflow of guest I had coming into town , only a few of us ended up staying so had so much space and the hot tub was awesome , Stacy and Peter made sure everything was all set up for us at check in , much appreciated . I really wish I would have gotten it for a few more nights , it's a beutiful sanctum. The name is so fitting also ! Will absolutely be renting again in the future !

over all the house was the size we needed. although the pool didn't heat for us, Laura was promt in refunding our deposit for that. the grill needs to be updated with full propane tanks. the rooms were spacious, and there was enough space for everyone.

We highly recommend staying at Julie's Guesthouse. Pool for the summer and a beautifully decorated three bedroom house. IT was perfect. The linings, bed and temperature controls were awesome. We slept like a bunch of logs. The house was even decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch by the host Julie. She was fantastic.

The backyard features a tranquil pool surrounded by well-manicured grass and a spacious concrete area. Lounge chairs are positioned nearby, and tall trees provide shade. A wooden fence encapsulates the space, adding privacy and a sense of seclusion.

This is a great location to stay in when we visit Lubbock. There are other AirBnBs across the street which makes it ideal when you have multiple families like we did. We could simply walk across the street to visit. The host ALWAYS communicates with me very quickly. I highly recommend this home!

This place was just what we were looking for. We are a crew working out of town and found this place. Chelse made it very easy to book and during our stay she was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The drive to and from our work site was 30 min and very enjoyable at that because of the peaceful atmosphere.

A spacious bedroom includes a large bed with decorative bedding, a decorative ottoman at its foot, and a cozy couch. Natural light enters through two windows, and a ceiling fan is visible overhead. Additional furniture consists of a dark wood dresser and lamp.

Great place to stay while in Lubbock area. Very easy to get to and in central area of town. Easy access to shopping, Texas Tech and restaurants. The property was amazing with plenty of space. The decor of the house was amazing and the cleanliness of property was top notch. Highly recommend staying at this property and would love to book in future visits.
