Farmstay vacation rentals in Plainview

This place was exactly what we needed! We were looking to get away from home for a couple nights and we're interested in fishing and hiking. We stayed in the lakeside cabin so my kids and husband could fish as much as they wanted! We caught bass and bluegill, but saw a few catfish that were too sneaky! Saw lots of wildlife including turtles, deer, buffalo, elk, donkeys and a zebra! The location was close enough to all of our hiking destinations. We did Garden of the God's on our way to the cabin, then did Ferne Clyffe State Park and Jackson Falls (both about 30 minutes from the location). Loved that they are pet friendly so my pup could come along for the adventure. We would recommend staying here and would definitely be interested in staying again!

We loved our stay at the little house next to the Ark! My kids adored interacting with the animals and we had fun trying to find animals “on safari” on the cute little nature hike that was set up. Also, 10/10 on the comfy bed. We’ve done a fair amount of traveling and visiting lately and this was by far the most comfortable bed we’ve come across. Also, extra care was taken to make the hide-a-bed comfortable for my kiddos. If you plan on doing The Creation Museum/Ark Encounter or just enjoy a little Kentucky relaxing it’s a great place to stay!

Wow! Blown away by Don and Sharon’s hospitality! I was very hesitant on getting an Airbnb bc I’ve never gotten one by myself before so I asked a lot of questions haha. Sharon put me at ease and answered all of my questions. Their cabin is very very COZY! A PERFECT GETAWAY for those in need of solitude! Birds are always chirping, and when the flowers on the residence are in bloom, it’s very captivating. Whenever I needed help with something , they were very quick to respond. I highly recommend this wonderful place! Make sure to ask Mr. Don about how God changed his life! It’s a beautiful story!

Loved the cabin and all the rustic touches. Very peaceful surroundings. Sitting on the porch, with the cool wind blowing on a very hot day, was delightful! Coffee cake was delicious and a really nice touch. One of our favorite Airbnbs.

Terri and Sherri’s place is one of the hidden gems in Oklahoma! We enjoyed seeing hummingbirds right from our living window and viewing the Mountain in the Jacuzzi. Terri and Sherri happened to be at home and they were so kind to offer our family a forest ATV ride! We saw deers and we chatted along the way. Very little touches in the suite made us feel so special. We appreciated their hospitality.

We just returned from a wonderful weeklong visit! This is a true home away from home. Clean, cozy, private and inviting from the minute you open the door. We went kayaking, enjoyed waterfalls and nice restaurants and visited with family and friends. Every day we fed the sweet little animals and it was hard to say goodbye to them. Our week went way too fast! The host has a heart of gold 💛 Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is my third time staying at Tim’s place. I always enjoy the peaceful setting, and the beautiful country location.

There’s really nothing you can’t say about Jon’s home. It was very peaceful and beautiful. I thank you very much for the amazing cookies! My son enjoyed watching the cows and enjoying the outdoors surrounding the lake. The home was stocked more than we could’ve asked for and we appreciated all the small details put into this home. Although there is no TV (you truly wouldn’t watch it anyway) we were plenty occupied and if it was warmer we would have spent all of our time outdoors. Thank you again for the amazing stay, I hope to come back soon!

This was our second visit and it lived up to our expectations and bonus was no bad storms while we were here! Spent one day in Bowling Green and another in Nashville. This place is a great location to see both! The home has such character! Really enjoyed the chickens and watching the cows across the street!

We had another great stay! The place was very clean and felt like home. Bridget went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like coffee and snacks, which were much appreciated. Communication was easy and prompt. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We just loved this sweet place. We had such a relaxing and great stay. We were greeted by the chickens who came to check us out when we arrived. We loved having them around. The treehouse was so cute and had everything we needed for our visit. The screened sitting area was perfect on the rainy days. We loved walking around the farm visiting with the chickens and horses. The sweet little cat joined us for a fire and s'mores one night. I loved the lights around the tree house at night by the glowing fire. Just a beautiful space. The owners were so sweet and gave suggestions on things nearby. The lake is gorgeous and we made sure we drove by the dam every trip. Liquid luck coffee is a must visit with great service, and you get a hug with your drink. We will definitely visit again and habe had so many people want the link to this beautiful and relaxing farm oasis.

Thus is our 2nd stay, hope to be back soon. We really enjoyed waking up to zebras out our window! Love the trails on grounds too!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Linda communicated well and the property was rustic and relaxing. I really loved the back half of the barn that had been converted into a patio/courtyard area. The pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely be staying here again. I also mistakenly left something behind and she was quick to help get my property back into my hands.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here! It was very peaceful, and to me, felt like a safe area! Kerry sent clear instructions for unlocking the door and what was expected from us. Very happy with this place, and would stay again if we ever needed it!

Enjoyed staying here . Peaceful, quiet and convenient to town . The cabin is very well maintained and decorated beautifully. Sits on a private cattle ranch with beautiful big trees and ponds /tanks . All the extras you will need and then some .

We had a great experience. The setting was beautiful and very peaceful. All of the little touches made for relaxing evenings and restful nights.

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was just two of us and our dogs but the host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. As far as the cabin amenities, it has all the basics you would need. But the property itself the real star! It is just incredible. Very private and serene. Front porch sittin that is hard to beat! Bring your binoculars!

We have stayed here a few time now and love this place. We will always stay here when we come to area. It is well worth the money and is very, very clean and feels like home. We always hate to leave.

Mr. Tim and Mrs. Dana were super friendly. I enjoyed the little bit we got to visit with them and I hope to stay again when I get back in the area. Definitely recommend staying if you like to be away from town a few miles!!!
