In the heart of the hills of Marcel Pagnol, 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Marseille, Cassis and La Ciotat, the house is also less than 5 minutes from the Château de la Buzine (the Château de Ma Mère) and the Treille hiking trails. Close to all amenities (bus, supermarkets, shops, restaurants...) Ideal in summer and winter for families and couples.

A private shaded courtyard features a wooden dining table surrounded by metal chairs. Lush greenery, including trees and potted plants, provides a natural canopy overhead. A staircase leads to an upper level, while doors with blue accents are set into the white walls of the house.
