Well located, a 5-minute walk to the beaches and good restaurants. Apartment with reversible air conditioning, 1 bedroom, living room and equipped open kitchen. Recently renovated, bedroom with closet, large mirror and king size bed (180 x 200 cm). The living room has a sofa bed that is 130 cm wide and 220 cm long, a smart TV and dining table. Free parking in the building. The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a quiet residence.

Within reach of centers of interest: Orange Velodrome stadium, nautical centers (2024 Olympics), skate park, Borély park, golf, etc. We rent paddles 20€/d.
