Cross a listed courtyard with a stone fountain before reaching the apartment, tucked under the roof on the 3rd and top floor of a 500-year-old historic building. Please note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep on the last two floors, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Stunning views of the old port and Notre Dame de la Garde, the city's most iconic landmark. As the apartment is on the last floor, it is not suitable for those with reduced mobility. For those with more time, Marseille is an excellent base to visit Cassis, Aix en Provence, Arles and even Avignon.

My apartment is nestled on the top floor, under the roofs of the building. It is about 37 m2 and is configured as a duplex: downstairs are the main room, small kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. There is a small balcony and a nice view! Upstairs: the large bedroom with storage for your clothes and a double bed (160 x 200). And a desk area for remote work. There is enough to have a good night's sleep: SLEEP PEACEFULLY in comfortable bedding.

Metro station at the foot of the building. A 10-minute walk to the old port. This neighborhood is very lively during the day and in the evening: Marseillais and tourists gather there to party. Beautiful 3-star apartment and located closest to the most typical and one of the most beautiful places in Marseille. A few meters from the mythical Vallon des Auffes, you will be charmed by the comfort (air conditioning...) at your disposal and by the amenities offered by the unique positioning of this accommodation.
