Large 46 m2 studio in the heart of Marseille

This large, fully renovated studio consists of a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator in a typical building in the heart of Marseille on a lively and cosmopolitan street. You will have all the shops nearby ⚠ Access to downtown Marseille is complicated by car and also to park. Access by train: 10 min walk from the train station, 8 min by Metro: Line No. 2 Noailles stop.

Accommodation for 4 people. Ideally located between the Timone Hospital, the Vélodrome Stadium, the Palais des Sports, the Marseille Fair, the Palais de la Glisse and the Florida Palace, all these sites are within a 20-minute walk. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. You will appreciate the bedroom area with its small adjoining terrace, quiet for waking up to the song of cicadas. Guests will enjoy air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.

T2 Between the beach and the Velodrome - Clim/Parking

Very nice 50 m² apartment offering all the comforts for a change of scenery for couples, families or groups of friends. It has a wrap-around terrace to enjoy the sun, a bedroom and a private parking space in the basement. Its location allows easy access thanks to the Metro, a 5-minute walk to the city center, beaches, and the velodrome stadium. For sports and entertainment enthusiasts, the Velodrome is 700 m from the apartment. Parc Chanot: 15 min walk.

Gold's paradise

The apartment faces the sea with exceptional views and a pleasant terrace for aperitifs/dinner in front of the big blue, close to restaurants, beaches, coves and hiking trails. Water shuttle 20 m to Pointe Rouge and the old port from June to September and bus 300 m. There are about ten steps to access the accommodation and the bed in the room is raised 1 m, so I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. We live there if needed
