The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Facing west, the apartment has views of a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to possible noise pollution and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.
