Perfect apartment, all the comforts, very well located. Delighted with our stay. A small suggestion maybe, a hook in the bathroom for towels and clothes.

Patrick's apartment is very pleasant, it is very well located (market every day 2 steps away, beach 7 minutes away), with its private parking space. We were a little afraid of noise as the apartment overlooks the street but that nenni! Rooms overlook parking and floor-to-ceiling windows are well soundproofed. The apartment is quiet. The apartment is modern, spacious, equipped, it feels like home. We appreciate the elevator as well as the balcony. We were able to have 1 high chair and 1 umbrella bed for our child which is very convenient 👍🏻 Patrick is a considerate host (thank you for the bottle of rosé and the delicious cookies) and Constance was always accommodating for our arrival and departure, thank you very much! I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time. The apartment is very well located (close to the market, shops and beach), very clean and comfortable! We will come back without hesitation!

The apartment is basic but very well and functionally equipped. Offers plenty of storage space. Absolute highlight is the location on the Cote Sauvage with great sea view. Communication with Alain was usually very fast. Le Croisic is highly recommended as a vacation spot. We felt very comfortable.

Nice apartment , well located especially when traveling by train. The explanations for taking possession of the listing are clear. I enjoyed the quiet of the place and its proximity to the city center, port and beach. Too bad the sheets and towels were not provided at this rate. Otherwise the apartment is very well-equipped.

We had a nice Christmas party at Anne-Claire's place who welcomed us, quiet and by the fire; in the afternoon walk on the beach at 1/4hour. The house is pleasant, well heated and good for large families. We'd love to go back. Only small downside, we wish we had the laundry optional

Dominique is a perfect host. Very responsive of course, but also very pleasant and concerned for the well-being of the people staying. The accommodation is ideally located for cruising in the region (Quimiac, Le Croisic, Guérande, La Baule...). The distribution of the rooms is well thought out and the terraces with each a different orientation allow you to enjoy the rays of the sun at any time of day. For sure, for our next stay, we will come back to Dominique's place

We were 10 (6 adults and 4 young children). We had a great week at Edith's, a short walk to the beach! The house is warm, well-equipped and has 3 bathrooms. The little ones appreciated the books and toys.
