The "Beau Soleil" villa is a Bauloise villa dating from 1903, completely renovated in February 2023. It is located in the heart of the grand hotel district, just behind the Hermitage. Tennis club, equestrian center and mini golf are 5 minutes away. The 100m2 villa is composed of 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180x200 and 1 bed 160x200), 2 independent toilets, spread over 2 floors. Guests can have lunch facing the landscaped garden or on the terrace. High-speed Wi-Fi/TV. Crib/high chair. 2nd bathroom under construction!

Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Welcome to our charming house completely renovated by an architect in 2024. Nestled in a peaceful and sought-after area, it will offer an ideal setting for your stay in La Baule! On the ground floor A bright living room opens onto the garden, a master bedroom and a bathroom with large shower Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 dormitory in the attic with 2 beds. The house is equipped for a stay where you will only have to put your bags down!

Villa that can accommodate 4 people (1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds). It is ideal for families. The house is located in the Grands Hôtels district, in the axis of the Hôtel Royal. The beach is a 5-minute walk (near Club de l'Étoile), the Benoît beach esplanade is within a 10-minute walk, the market and Avenue de Gaulle are a 15-minute walk. The villa is surrounded by a large, quiet, fenced garden where you can also park your car.

With a fully fenced 200 m² garden, it will welcome you with all its comforts. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Possibility of 2 extra beds with the very comfortable sofa bed. Ease of access to the train station and proximity to the shopping area less than 5 min away.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Named the "nice house" in tribute to its previous tenant, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated and updated. It has an enclosed garden with terrace and 3 parking spaces. It can accommodate 6 people, has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all with shower room and private toilet. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the garden.

We invite you to spend a vacation in La Baule in a typical Bauloise villa just steps from Benoit beach. Our family home dates back to the 1930s and can accommodate 6 people. Ideally located between the Hotel l'Hermitage and Le Pouliguen, the villa enjoys access to Benoit beach in 5 minutes on foot. You will find all the necessary shops and markets 200 m from the villa and in a typical seaside atmosphere, at the port of Pouliguen.
