Tennis club, equestrian center and mini golf are 5 minutes away. The 100m2 villa is composed of 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180x200 and 1 bed 160x200), 2 independent toilets, spread over 2 floors. Guests can have lunch facing the landscaped garden or on the terrace. High-speed Wi-Fi/TV. Crib/high chair. 2nd bathroom under construction!

Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

The beach is a 5-minute walk (near Club de l'Étoile), the Benoît beach esplanade is within a 10-minute walk, the market and Avenue de Gaulle are a 15-minute walk. The villa is surrounded by a large, quiet, fenced garden where you can also park your car.
