This is the second time we've stayed with Christophe and Chantal, and we highly recommend this nice studio with stunning ocean views, all well-equipped and quiet. We had a great time. Hosted by Alain and his wife who are very friendly and gave us all the necessary explanations. The apartment is very nice, bright, and the ocean view is a big plus. It is in a very good location, close to all activities, shops and restaurants. The bedding is very good and the rooms are quiet. There is everything you need in the apartment and it's really nice. Not insignificant private parking space in a neighborhood where everything pays off. Really delighted with these few days in St Nazaire in this apartment! Thanks again to Alain and his wife!

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

We recommend this listing 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. He offers a very well-appointed and very clean home. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We didn't use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, because the area is very well equipped with bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz-sur-Mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini-golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron... To be repeated! And soon!

I really enjoyed Chantal's apartment, well located, large, clear, functional, with a pleasant terrace. Everything was impeccable. Bed very comfortable and very quiet atmosphere. Great!

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

We had a nice stay at Romain's apartment. Thanks to his dad for hosting us. The apartment is as described. The park is beautiful and you can easily walk to the beach.

Very nice apartment, located 10 min from the beach & 15 min walk from the city center. Clean, very well equipped (oven, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine). Private parking. Very pleasant and responsive host. We'll definitely be back next year 😀

Apartment completely in line with the description and photos. Pleasant interior, tastefully decorated, well arranged and widely equipped. Ideal location close to Baule and Pouliquen. Very friendly environment with views of the water and the equestrian center with the exercises of the riders to look at. The heated pool is an undeniable extra comfort.
