The "Beau Soleil" villa is a Bauloise villa dating from 1903, completely renovated in February 2023. It is located in the heart of the grand hotel district, just behind the Hermitage. Tennis club, equestrian center and mini golf are 5 minutes away. The 100m2 villa is composed of 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180x200 and 1 bed 160x200), 2 independent toilets, spread over 2 floors. Guests can have lunch facing the landscaped garden or on the terrace. High-speed Wi-Fi/TV. Crib/high chair. 2nd bathroom under construction!

Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

A 4⭐ getaway in La Baule: this new single-story two-bedroom apartment combines elegance and comfort, with a private, secluded garden and a heated Jacuzzi (April to October) for an exclusive experience. Just 400 m from the beach and a short walk to the market, enjoy a prime location. Up to 4 people: double bedroom, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV. Bed linen provided, as well as one large bath towel per guest. Train station 900 m away. No smoking allowed in the accommodation; pets not allowed.

Located close to Benoît beach, the historic district of La Baule, you will be nestled in the heart of the pine trees and not far from shops (market, city center and Pouliguen train station less than 15 min walk). Located in a quiet condominium, on the 2nd floor with elevator, you will appreciate all the comfort at your disposal, as well as the large balcony of 18 m2 south/west in a quiet area.

Thalasso, Casino, Jet ski, Equestrian center nearby. Guérande, Le Croisic located 8 km away will delight you too. La Brière, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan will not be left behind with their charming asset.

Ideal apartment for 2 couples (1 bed in the bedroom in 160) and very good sofa bed, on site an extra camp bed (max child 12 years old). Bathroom with a nice shower. "ATTENTION" Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent from my concierge. My place is not suitable for people with disabilities.
