The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

The villa is located in the heart of La Baule Bay, on a very quiet street, 450 meters from the sea and shops. You can leave your car and do all your activities on foot or by bicycle.
