House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

With fabulous views and very well located for sightseeing, close to the sea and the mountains, it is ideal for resting and disconnecting. The surroundings invite you to walk and enjoy nature, as well as the pool and barbecue. The accommodation (4 people) is on the ground floor of the house with a separate entrance. The first floor is another rural accommodation. The owners live in the main house of the farmhouse. With terrace and own garden furniture. Shared pool, barbecue and play area.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

This villa offers a view of the Mediterranean Sea. It provides smart outfitting and deep comfort, plus the charm of Llafranc and numerous hidden beaches. Ideal for large family reunions and special occasions among friends, the villa features five bedrooms, including a master suite. The terrace is accompanied by an infinity pool, which mirrors the blue sea and promises a refreshing break from the Spanish heat. Guests are within easy reach of the natural attractions of the Costa Brava.

Our cozy house is ideal for couples, friends, families and adventurers, with or without children, with or without animals, who want a quiet, rural and not very touristy environment. Rich in hiking and routes, or just to relax and rest... in both cases, to disconnect ;) It is interesting to know that there is a small supermarket that has everything you need and more, a 5-minute drive from the house, in the village of St.Esteve de Llémena. And they're also open on Sundays!: Super Anna.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
