Rock Cottage, Highland Perthshire Rural Retreat

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Knockfarrie Cottage

Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

This beautifully appointed, spacious cottage is light and airy yet delightfully snug in winter. Explore the lovely surrounding Perthshire countryside or simply relax and enjoy the space. Lose yourself in the gorgeous scenery, walk in the hills, or swim in the lochs...there is so much to do and so many fun local day trips. Rose Cottage is very well located for exploring Scotland! Bookings are available starting on a Friday or Monday, minimum stay 3 nights. Sorry no children or pets.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Located just minutes from the centre of the Highland village of Kingussie our family friendly house is within easy walking distance of local shops, the supermarket, pubs and cafes. With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets.

It is within walking distance to restaurants and dining place, public transport, train station, and family-friendly activities.
