This stay was absolutely perfect and refreshing. Lynn has taken such care of her property and has it beautifully laid out with everything you could possibly need. The HotTub was perfect and private and everything was neat, clean, and functional. Thank you for creating this space Lynn!

Second time staying here and loved it again, nice gifts left on arrival and listing is just perfect for our dogs. walks nearby are just lovely as well. 100% recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at MidPark for our honeymoon. The space is so nicely designed, and very private and peaceful, which was just what we needed. Ross was very helpful in helping us check in and sort a couple of minor issues when we first arrived; he is very knowledgeable and friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. We had a couple of day trips during our stay, but really enjoyed spending our time relaxing at the lodge and chatting to the cows in the field next door! We would love to stay here again in the future, if we're ever that far north again!

Beautiful place, attention to detail made it feel so homely, everything has been thought of, cabin is just wonderful inside and out, very peaceful and loved listening to the rain and watching the wildlife. 10/10.

Lovely stay and very helpful host. The lodge is spacious, clean and private and a great location for exploring the area. Only criticism would be the noise from the boiler and fridge were a little disturbing for sleeping in the adjacent bedroom.

A wonderful location and accommodation was spotless. It had everything you could need for a short or long stay. Hot tub was private and very relaxing. Hope to stay again and would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! The place is a little difficult to find the first time (go further up A833 by a few yards more than your GPS says). Really relaxing and well appointed little cabin. Served as a perfect base for our jaunts around the area.

We had a lovely stay at David and Elizabeth's place. The cabin is compact, modern and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The views are absolutely incredible and we very much enjoyed sitting and looking out at them and having a break from the digital noise of WiFi and television! The mobile network was good enough to use for keeping in touch and looking things up if necessary. We both felt very safe and at peace in the cabin! The grounds are beautiful and our two little dogs absolutely adored running around and exploring the surroundings! David was very responsive and helpful on arrival and helped us with the check-in. We met Elizabeth shortly after when we had a surprise visit from a very cute little shrew who unfortunately couldn't stay with us! Elizabeth was very quick to help resolve the situation and help our visitor back out into the wild! Don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a restful retreat in beautiful nature! We will be back :)

A really comfortable and peaceful place to stay. We stopped just for one night and immediately wished we had more time to stay. Instructions to get to the cabin were very helpful and clear. We really enjoyed our visit and loved the added bonus of seeing the animals!

We couldn't have had a more comfortable time at the cabin. It had everything we could have wanted for out stay and the design and colours were all really lovely. It was idyllically quiet and we heard owls on one evening. We would definitely recommend it and hope we may return when we are next in the area.

We had a great few nights in Caroline’s lodge, after having booked last minute. Everything was spotlessly clean & very homely feeling. Caroline was very responsive & all instructions were easy to follow for check in. We will definitely be back!

This airbnb is a real hidden gem. It’s incredibly cosy with an amazing view looking across Inverness & everything you could need for a short stay (including one of the best mattresses ive slept on)! There was a detailed guide left in the cabin which included so many recommendations for activities, places to eat or shop - this was much appreciated when heading into Inverness. We had our dog with us during our stay & there was a great forest walk opposite if not wanting to travel too far (Craig Phadrig). The hosts were very attentive - unfortunately I did not meet Kaya, but bumped into Ali on a few occasions and had a chat, who was a nice, easy going guy and also gave some more local recommendations. Cannot recommend enough, was a great start to our NC500 trip to celebrate a special milestone birthday!

Had such a lovely stay! We only stayed one night as we were stopping off on a long journey. We were travelling with two young children, they loved the outdoor space, the hut had everything we needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Lovely little touches (like marshmallows and tablet !). Thank you so much for having us at your lovely home, it was fantastic !

We stayed here after a wedding at Kinkell Byre. The cabin was just as described and easily accessible after our event. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. When leaving both my partner and I wished we could have spent more time there! Highly recommended.

Well what can I say! We have just come back from a week’s stay, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The property itself was as described, so peaceful and in a beautiful setting overlooking wonderful countryside. The lodge had everything and more for our stay, with the added bonus of a hot tub which was maintained daily. The estate has a working farm, but do not be put off by this as we weren’t disturbed at all. The lodge itself was very soundproof and also even when everything was open you couldn’t hear a thing. Highly recommend the walk behind the lodge and ensure you venture up to the top and right as there is a beautiful lookout, a bench is available and on a lovely day a perfect spot for a snack or lunch. Not a long walk but totally worth it. We managed Balmoral (Loch Muick circular walk), Braemar, Aviemore, Pitlochry, Loch Tay, Carnoustie and the local area. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing break. Thank you for a wonderful stay

"Love at first sight" might be the perfect tagline for the River Cabin. Upon discovering the charming little house nestled at the bottom of the hill beside the river, one immediately senses a truly exceptional experience awaits. The décor is exquisite, the bed supremely comfortable, and the peace and tranquility of the location are difficult to put into words. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Whether you are walking, cycling or arriving by car the location is great and surrounded by stunning countryside. An ideal weekend away location it is private, cozy and easy to settle in. Laura was responsive and made great recommendations in town. I will be back, but for longer next time!

The cabin couldn’t have been more relaxing! Exactly what we needed after a long travel to start our trip. We were able to relax and unwind with the outdoor bath and fire pit and the chilled champagne and breakfast basket were perfect on arrival! Thanks to Mandy for giving us the best recommendation on a local golf course, Murrayshall was gorgeous and challenging! Thanks for this little gem Alice we hope to be back!

We spent a wonderful moment in pat’s cottage. It was so cosy and spotless. We saw deers every morning. Pat was a fantastic host and recommended very interesting places to visit.
