Monthly Rentals in Piso Livadi

The balcony overlooking the sea and views to Naxos is stunning. The location is amazing, saunter down to the excellent beaches and restaurants. There is also a secluded swimming beach by the Church which is gorgeous. The kitchen is a bit dark and dingy and not a great place if the weather doesn't allow you to live outside on the balcony. Only kitchen chairs to sit on rather than chairs to relax in (there is space for these). The crockery and cutlery needed re-washing which was disappointing, but a minor issue. The storage space in the bedroom is completely inadequate, we had to use the kitchen table as otherwise would have had to live out of our suitcase. There's enough space to install more cupboard or hanging space but just not provided. Μιχαήλ’s was really nice and very responsive..however his time-keeping is fairly loose! We had an issue with the toilet flush which he quickly fixed

Nick is a wonderful host. He assisted with information well in advance of our trip and also assisted with transfers. He recommended a great place for our vehicle hire. The location is perfect. Within very easy walking distance of Logaras beach to one side and Piso Livardi Marina on the other. Plenty of great restaurants, coffee and convenience stores. There is a supermarket 450m walking down the road, and additional shops in Marpissa nearby. The outdoor spaces and views from the property are exceptional. With a large balcony, and front courtyard, plus additional outdoor space for washing etc. We were so please with out decision to avoid the much busier Naoussa and elect to stay in this location. We stayed August and had two weeks of high season and two weeks a little quieter and both were wonderful. I would highly recommend this property and Nick as a host.

The house is a simple traditional house very close to the sea. It is a very pleasant summer house. The weather was not good for most of the time there since March was not very warm month so there were some times that I could see that I would have enjoyed it much more if it were summer. But overall it was a very positive experience Andronike was very easy to contact and accommodated all my needs.

Aquovilla 2 was a perfect spot from which to truly enjoy Paros. Our host Harry was consistently available with recommendations and answers to all of our questions. A short 3 minute walk to the pier in Piso Livadi we found plenty of great dining and beach options. A few minutes more along the road took us to Logaras Beach with its crystal clear water, beach chairs, umbrellas and Fisilanis, the island’s oldest fish tavern. The villa was clean and new with a deep plunge pool that was perfect when the afternoon sun got hot. Large modern bedroom doors allowed for a great thru-breeze at night and good sleeps. We rented a small car that made getting around very easy. We visited a number of the surrounding villages including Naousa at the northwest corner of the island. All were amazing but we were always happy to return every afternoon to Piso Livadi and Aquovilla 2. Very highly recommended. We will be back!
