Approximately 35 m², the apartment is composed of a living room with sea view and kitchenette (+ mezzanine with 2 beds of 0.90 m), a bedroom (2 beds of 0.90 m) and a bathroom (shower). The apartment has a TV and is fully equipped for your comfort (equipped kitchenette, dishes, fridge, small oven, coffee maker, toaster...). Linens are not provided. A parking space is available outside, as well as a bicycle garage and a washing machine.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Located less than 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Belmont (wild and unsupervised) and the wild coast by a pedestrian path protected from traffic, charming small private T3 duplex house of 38m2 on the ground facing South Southeast fully equipped for 5 people max (suitable for a family with children), in a quiet and pleasant residence, with a private parking space. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
