Ti Heol is a charming fisherman's house located in the heart of the village of Kervin, contiguous to the cove of Lérat in Piriac sur Mer, a "small city of character". The house is over 200 years old and is classified as a historic and heritage building. It was completely renovated in 2020/2021. With an area of 90 m2, it comprises two levels of 45 m2 each and a garden of 240 m2 separated from the house by the width of the cul-de-sac. A small bucolic path of 500 m leads quietly to Lérat beach.
