Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

This 53m2 home is on the edge of the Nature Reserve. With family or friends, it will allow you to enjoy a stay borrowed from nature, visits or rest. Its 100 m² garden will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. The river and its natural beach are a 5-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Toulouse, it is also well located for visiting cities like Albi (1h), Carcassonne (1h15) and Gruissan (1st beach in the Mediterranean at 1h45).
