We had a great time staying at the house. Everything was neat and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Beds were super comfortable, the location was great and the living room and kitchen table were a great place to hang out. We enjoyed having meals on the back deck, under the massive umbrella. One note about the kitchen… we did have to run out and buy a pan that could be cooked in because the provided pans were deeply scratched teflon and very worn. We had to run out a second time to buy disposable aluminum pans to make a casserole, as there wasn’t anything at all that could go in the oven. Those are minor but want to warn others to bring a couple of supplies with them if they will be cooking. Also, the road noise is LOUD. It didn’t really bother us, as we are a used to it but just be prepared, if you don’t like noise. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This listing had everything and so much more. the host was extremely helpful with recommendations for activities in the area. she was also very thoughtful, leaving a bottle of champagne for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday. the house was immaculate, with cozy ambiance down to aromatherapy in every room. the listing had.a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, game room, multiple fireplaces, very comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in spacious showers, comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. there were even menus for local restaurants provided in a well organized book. if you are planning to stay in the Banner Elk/Beech Mtn/Sugar Mtn area, this listing should be on the top of your list! we will absolutely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beech Front. It had everything we needed for our trip, and it was a comfortable home away from home.

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This was our second time that we have booked with Danny. Not disappointed in the least. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Always has small snacks or candy laying around which always pleases my husband. Centrally located making it easy to attend festivals, various eating places and points of interest. We highly recommend this airbnb for families.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful view. Deer right out the back door. Quick responses. The house was big enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably.

This place was amazing, and definitely worth the money! It’s located in a safe, but secluded neighborhood. It felt very private, even though there many other cabins close to it. It was central to many of the area’s restaurants, attractions, and well known towns. It was also very clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We absolutely LOVED staying in Tammy and Tim’s tiny home! They were so willing to show us around their farm and feed their animals. I recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private, peaceful home with the kindest hosts. Plus, it didn’t hurt that all the animals were so wonderful and sweet (shoutout Ferd, Walker, Chief, Annie, and Tucker the cat!) I can’t wait to return to Abingdon and hopefully stay in their tiny home again❤️

This beautiful mountain getaway was just what our family needed! Clean, peaceful, great communication from the host. We loved the hot tub and fenced in area for our dogs! We had lots of fun adventures hiking, going to the college baseball games, and skateboarding camp. Banner Elk was the perfect location to easily get to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Zionville. The bed was so comfortable! There was a fun downstairs area that my son loved to be in on his own, but we felt very safe. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in Meredith absolutely beautiful home from home. Immediately noticed how clean and well presented the house was. Meredith was a wonderful host from the moment we booked till the time we left. Extremely responsive. We had an incredible time skiing so close to the house! Hot tub was a fabulous addition too. Cannot recommend enough! 5 star all the way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place, walkable to sugar mountain lodge. The bed was very comfy. It was about an 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the lodge. And the ski locker was a great amenity! Will stay here again for sure!

I can’t thank Tiffany and Don enough! They were so attentive to our needs, let us check in early knowing we were driving over 13 hours and checking in with us as we traveled. The house was beautiful and rules were printed and laminated and in clear view. There was a binder full of information, including family history, restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area. We were there for a short but amazing visit with family and their home had all the things needed. Should we decide to ever go back I would look them up again!!

Cozy mountain retreat with unforgettable views! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin near Grandfather Mountain! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to mountain views and enjoying coffee on the porch was a highlight every morning and soaking in the hot tub was the highlight every night! After hiking Grandfather Mountain and exploring the nearby trails, it was the perfect place to unwind. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had a smooth check-in. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Brian’s place was perfect for the 6 of us. With a bedroom to spare! Location was across from very dear friends of ours~where we spent most of our time. However it was very homey and accommodating. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The kids loved the little bridge in back. We will definitely rent again. Brian was very easy to communicate with!

The Loft in Abingdon was a great home base for our first trip to the area. The location was perfect to walk Main Street (in both directions) and is just a short stroll to the trailhead for the Virginia Creeper. The pictures were spot-on for what to expect, or if anything, didn't do the overall size justice (it was very, very spacious). The historical character of the building was reinforced with the furnishings and decor in the loft and was so much nicer than some non-descript hotel room. Note that both the communications from Chelsea and some comments in the reviews caution of being able to hear other folks or ambient sounds (like the train) but we had very little impact from that. We had a blast and would recommend this property.
