Vacation rentals with a patio in Piney Flats, Sullivan County

It is very cozy for a short stay. It is about 14 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Great communicating with Amy prior arrival, she greeted us at the entrance.

Everything was great was so nice and cozy felt just like home. We love sitting on the porch, talking with neighbors. It was such a great time.

We stayed in this Airbnb while cleaning up after Hurricane Helene. The hosts were SO accommodating and polite! I’d recommend this stay to anyone! 🤗

Loved it! It’s nestled about 15 minutes away from downtown. Good size for the price. The only odd thing was there was cookware but nothing to cook on. Will stay here again if we visit again.

Just returned from a long weekend staying at this Air BnB. Overall, it is in a wonderful and charming neighborhood within walking distance from downtown JC. Perfect spot to get away and unplug. We enjoyed the coffee at Fearless and OMG the food at Lazy Lady Bakes bakery (downtown) is also tremendous. This location is perfect just for that establishment alone. Do yourself a favor and book this Air BnB!

Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The apartment is stunning, comfortable, close to all the downtown shops and not one single detail was forgotten. Everything was over and above even to the extent that there are little lights in the doggie rooms. I love it! I will definitely stay here again next time Im in the area.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They were very well organized throughout the living arrangements with over the top instructions for everything. Most well put together place I might add. Very nice and attentive couple! Thank you and see you next year hopefully!

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

The house was super clean and easy to access with the provided directions. We felt safe in the area, and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The house has a few quirks and feels dated in some ways, but it didn’t cause any issues and we were very comfortable. We would stay here again and hope to on our next visit to JC!

My family and I had a wonderful time the 3 days we stayed at the Lucky Lady! Even with 8 of us, there was plenty of space to spread out or hang out all together. The kitchen was equipped and spacious, the bedrooms all had room for us to unpack and feel right at home. And the beds were the most comfortable of any Airbnb I've stayed in. Thank Jennifer and Brian for being such gracious hosts!

We loved this little home!! It was perfect for our family. The host was super helpful and had a list of local restaurants and things to do. The place was cleaned and had anything we needed during our stay. I would recommend place to anyone.

The house was great; there is a small grass hill to walk up and about five stairs to enter the back door, which my 77 year old MIL was able to handle. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were a variety of toiletries provided. Ikey was also very kind and allowed us to stay late after checkout because we were dealing with a flat tire. In all, it was a higher quality stay than I’ve had before in the Tri Cities.

We loved this house. Nice neighborhood, and it had everything we needed and more.

We were very happy at Christina’s home, the location was great in a quiet safe neighborhood. It was easy to transition to this home for our month long stay. Due to cold weather we didn’t use backyard too much, the fireplace was appreciated and cozy. Host is easy to communicate with for any questions, we have already reserved this property for a return visit later this year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Julia and Simon’s place. It was very easy to find, and the place was just as described. The view from the deck is picturesque, and we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset on our first night. The place is a comfortable place to relax after taking in the sites and activities in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Whitney was very personable, couldn’t figure out the gate and she took a personal call without hesitation to help. So close to all the great places in town.we will be back.

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful time! The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and stores. The back porch was by far my favorite part of the house. We can’t wait to visit again.

Came in town for the annual Large Cars & Guitars Truck Show at the drag strip. Great place! Space was bigger in person than pictures show. Very roomy, very clean. Easy to check in and out. Great location close to Bristol Motor Speedway. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gas grill located down at the pool. It was gated and the area felt safe as well. Thanks for sharing this great place! We'll be happy to stay again the next time we're in the area!

Great stay at Alexis's Air B&B! The condo was adorable - just what you want for a mountain/ski weekend. FANTASTIC location - could walk to slopes, tubing hill, the little Beech Mtn Village. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the condo - boot warmers, chapstick, etc. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were very nice as well - made for a good night's sleep!
