Huge 3 story LUXURY condo all to yourselves! NEW hot tub. Pool on premises. Short walk to Pineview Reservoir. Only 12 minute drive to Snowbasin. 3 Bedroom, 7 bed (2 twin beds have roll outs that can make 2 king beds or be used as 4 twin beds, plus 1 king bed downstairs, 1 king bed upstairs, and 1 queen bed in a loft). Grill, balcony, AND patio. HOA clubhouse gives you access to pool, billiards, gym, and tennis.

Private basement apt minutes from ski resorts/lake

For the purpose of our trip, skiing at Snowbasin, the place is an excellent choice. There are few accommodations closer to the resort, about 9 miles, and the approach is from the north which avoids most traffic from the Ogden area. The apartment is very well stocked with linen, dishes, pots and pans and other kitchen items including lots of Keurig coffee and tea pods. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome. Views are mostly of a farm with horses in a snowy pasture. There was a bit of confusion around who to contact for what issue. Larkin is the leasing agent for the owner Jim, who lives upstairs. We had some pleasant interactions from Jim about a Wi-Fi problem and a couple of other minor things that I can’t remember. In all cases he was great to work with. I highly recommend the place, we would go back if the occasion arose.

We really enjoyed the beauty of the mountains. It was so peaceful we could feel the silence, relax and unwind. The kayaks, paddle boards and trailer were great and having the reservoir close by made them really fun. We enjoyed our experience and really liked working with Scott. We plan to go back often.

Beautiful house, super location. Fully loaded with amenities. We felt like we were in a luxury home, which it is. A lot of room in the house with additional outside living area. We had five guys on a ski trip. Very close to powder mountain. Easy to get to from SLC. This property exceeded expectations and the listing description. Bottom line: I would stay here again.

Steven was an amazing host. I booked his condo for my biz partner that was coming in from out of the country for a month. Communication was great and he was very accommodating in working with us with her shifting travel schedule. He even arranged an early check in for her and was available to answer any questions during check in and made sure everything went smoothly. The condo was very clean and is updated with nice furnishings, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen with everything that you would need to cook. It is very safe, neighbors are friendly and it has a gated entrance/exit. The hot tub was not available due to the water restrictions in the area. We rented in the spring so the community hot tub and swimming pool were not open until the Memorial Day weekend. Great location, close to hiking/walking trails, ski resorts and right next to the lake. It accommodates all the seasons. In-Joy your stay. The only con to this place is the road noise off the back patio.

Wonderful home! Everything you could possibly need from coffee, towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, towels, etc and all perfectly labeled and organized! Had an amazing daddy daughter ski trip and not only was the snow conditions perfect but starting the day and ending the day at this home was the best! Thank you for having us stay in your home! Def hope to book a summer trip soon!
