Plenty of parking and room to turn a bass boat trailer around. Six miles to boat ramps. Free laundry downstairs. There is a lovely pebble beach just a very short drive away.

Situated in the foothills of the fabulous Silver Valley, Grandma's Cozy Farmhouse is the original farmhouse of a once bustling 100 acre dairy farm. Keurig coffee in room with pods provided. 3rd floor condo with elevator access. Guests can purchase water park passes, but they are not included in the rental price. Passes must be purchased online ahead of time (3 and under are free). This allows variety to your trip, and saves money if you are not planning on using the water park. Permit 19-09
