The apartment is missing a large mirror next to the door, and a normal sofa would have been more comfortable than the dining room chairs. I wish Steffi had mentioned that she has cats because I have a phobia of cats, Nevertheless, I thank her for taking the cats into the house when I asked her to and when she was there.

The "Hobbit cave" is really a very special place – beautifully designed and furnished with incredible attention to detail (especially for Lord of the Rings fans). You can feel in every corner how much passion is in here. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and simply enchanting – that's exactly how you imagine a little break from everyday life. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing or for walks in nature. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, warm and helpful – you can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to next time. We will definitely be back – it was just perfect!

The apartment is beautifully high and quietly located, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains from the balcony. The Hochzeiger lift is about 10-15 minutes away on foot. Our host Traudl was very friendly, helpful and provided us with good tips. The place was very clean and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable, happy to come back!

What a warm welcome from our host! Because we arrived quite late, there was something ready for us to eat including a drink and a drink and breakfast and breakfast was also arranged for the next morning. What a Top service! The apartment is super nicely finished and equipped with every luxury. Wonderfully bright and spacious! You're a Superhost for ours, and we'd love to come back.

Everything was a great fit. The apartment is cozy and can accommodate 4 people. The terrace was beautiful for dining and enjoying the view. As a starting point for the Pitztal and many family hikes, it was ideal. Glad to come back!
