This spacious accommodation is opposite the Bénédictins train station and close to amenities, grocery store, supermarket etc. It is 45 m2 and has: - a queen size bed - a kitchen equipped with. - dishwasher - washing machine - microwave - oven - fridge You will also find: - a Nespresso coffee machine - a kettle - a toaster - a TV with Netflix, Prime. On site you will also find towels, bed linen and first coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper capsules.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

You can also fish on the pond.

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.
