Monica welcomed us very warmly! Nice cottage well decorated and very clean, pleasant garden, well equipped for children. Close (by car) to the beaches, 15 minutes to Gijon and Luanco. The immediate surroundings are noisy (expressway close to the house, neighbors' dogs bark) and quite agricultural. The nearest beach is cute and can be reached in 25 minutes on foot.

Our stay at Belén's place was an absolute success. We were a group of 10 friends for 3 nights and we were all very pleasantly impressed. The house is huge and yet everything was impeccable. Excellent quality towels and sheets. The house has all kinds of amenities. Belén was helpful at all times, being very flexible with both arrival and departure times. She literally opened her home to us with a lot of love and commitment to make us feel at ease. We will miss the talks on that wonderful porch and we will definitely repeat the experience. It is a totally recommended accommodation.

This was our second stay at this property and I can’t say enough great things about it. The hosts are responsive, flexible and extremely helpful. The property is clean, located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything and easily walkable, and the view can’t be beat. If you are planning a trip to Luanco, this is definitely the place for you. With property close to the beach, the private parking was a life saver and you can easily walk anywhere in town from home. Worth every penny

Jose is an excellent host - gave very clear instructions for check in, always responsive and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean. Paid parking available in garage nearby. Location was perfect for exploring the old town.

Beautiful large and bright house in the quiet countryside. Beaches, cities , mountains are easy to access. Miguel is very responsive and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

We chose Patricia's house because of its proximity to several points of interest that we wanted to visit: Oviedo, Gijón, Ribadesella, Lastres, Tazones, Cudillero, Llanes, Covadonga, Cangas de Onis, Potes… all practically very close. But the most noteworthy thing is that the house is impeccable, very comfortable, large rooms and bathrooms. The photos don't highlight how beautiful the house is. I recommend those who are planning to visit Asturias to come to Patricia's house, it will be an unforgettable experience!!!

Very pleasant stay in a haven of peace. The house is on a promontory overlooking the small village of Arroes. The house is inside said village but the feeling you have is total privacy. Large garden with trees and the little luxury of having a swimming pool. The house is very bright, highlighting the multiple views from the T.V. dining room and from the kitchen. It is also very nice to be able to relax thanks to the outdoor furniture under the porch, watching it dusk in the valley. In short, a very cozy space highly recommended for those looking for comfort and tranquility. It has to be noted that there are hardly any shops in the surroundings and the closest supply points are Gijón and Villaviciosa about 15 minutes by car.

We spent a long weekend with a group of friends, very comfortable in the Villa. It doesn't lack anything, it's super complete and conveniently located. If we return to Gijón as a group, it will be our first choice.

Very close to Gijón, and at the same time secluded; there were many of us and everything was great, one bathroom per room. Taxis take you and pick you up without a problem. Maria and her family are very nice and she was always available when we needed her. Flexible and attentive, 100% recommended.

The house was wonderful, with all the comforts, very clean, very equipped, very comfortable. Nestor has been super attentive and very attentive to everything, he has given us flexibility at the entrance and at the exit. It has done us several favors that we needed for personal family issues. The house is very close to Gijon, the beaches and the beautiful villages of Asturias (cudillero, letres, luarca, lanes, cangas de Onis) 100% recommended.

The house is very nice and was very clean. It is as described, and it also has very nice views. Quiet area with room for parking. Laura was a very helpful and friendly host. She was attentive to all our needs and was always very nice, with very quick answers.

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.
