The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern studio apartment, in a building constructed in 2008 with anti-seismic construction, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general shops and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

Due to the proximity to the Maritime Terminal (400 meters), they are perfect to be the “base” in Faial to visit Pico and São Jorge. Very easy to park nearby. Near food market, pharmacies, shops and groceries. Extra services (transfers, tours and hikes) provided by our company Azores4fun.
