DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS TURISTS MUST PAY 2 EUROS PER DAY FOR THE FIRST 7DAYS OF THEIR STAYS. This amazing 3 bedroom apartment is right by the sea and has breathtaking views. It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.

The place is spacious and you avoid stairs if you use the elevator to first floor. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, Swedish standard and 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. By the terrace there’s a big party room, all by yourselves, with pooltable, bbq, bar, football game and lounge furnitures. License for 8 guests max.
