Spectacular Whidbey Island high bank waterfront view home on 2.5 acres with big yards and lots of privacy. This beautiful house offers 4 large bedrooms,2 bathrooms, a cozy propane fireplace in the living room, and a large well appointed kitchen. There is no beach access from the property but there and several parks near by and a wildlife conservation park with-in a mile. EV charge with extention cord.

Nicely located at the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, with proximity to the Olympic Peninsula. Downtown Poulsbo is under 15 minutes away. Located just over a mile south of the iconic Hood Canal floating bridge.

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
